For the Cupcake Queen

My DIL's sister makes the most delicious cupcakes ( she also has a passion for boots & shoes but I think I have exhausted all the card possibilities with those lol) Just played around with this one & not sure whether I like it or not. I left myself too little time to do anything about it so here it is.
